I’m a barista so Im on my feet all day. tried other brands of insoles and just figured it was good as it was going to get. I was wrong! These Massaging Gel insoles are easy to trim to size and make a world of difference! I can literally wear my shoes all day long, and I mean ALL day long. I’ve even bought a few more for my sneakers!

Great for back pain
I am liking these Lower Back Pain Insoles for my back pain. I have tried many things to try to ease the pain but since putting these in my shoes they have worked wonders. I had to trim them a little to make a good fit inside. If you are suffering from back pain these are a must try.
