They provide the customized cushioning feel of memory foam that rebounds to cushion your foot with every step. STEP 1
Place insoles in your shoes with fabric side up.

STEP 2
If needed, trim with sharp scissors, following instructions on enclosed trim card.

Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear
