How to use it
STEP 1
Are the insoles in your shoes removable? Take them out first.
STEP 2
Trim insole to fit using a standard pair of sharp scissors.
STEP 3
Place your insoles into the shoe, fabric side up. Ensure that your insole lays flat against bottom of your shoe.
STEP 4
Enjoy your daily activities with comfort and protection!
Replace orthotics every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.
